A Munro Closet is a personal account you open with us that allows you to keep track of all your purchases and to accumulate Reward Points. Only people who have Munro Closets receive reward points.
Every shoe you purchase from Munro earns you Points. The number of points is determined by the following formula:
Full Price Shoe
Retail price of the shoe before tax, rounded up to the nearest dollar multiplied by .05
Example: $199.95 shoe at full price - $200 x .05 = 10 Reward Points
Discounted price before tax, rounded up to the nearest dollar, multiplied by .025
Example: $99.95 shoe at discounted price - $100 x .025 = 2.5 points
Clearance shoes only appear on the 'CLEARANCE' section of the website. The link is at the bottom of every page.
No reward points are given for clearance shoes.
On every shoe page, you will see the Retail Price (in black colored type) or the Discounted Price (in red type) of that shoe in US Dollars. Below one of those will be a sentence telling you how many ‘Reward Points' are required to purchase the shoe. All prices are subject to change without notice.
When you have enough reward points to purchase a pair of shoes, there will be an option in the checkout process that says "Purchase this shoe with Reward Points."
When you purchase a pair of shoes from the Munro website, points will be put into a ‘reserve’ for you. Points will become available to use at the end of the 45 day return window, which starts the day the shoes ship from our warehouse in Hot Springs, Arkansas. In your closet, you will be able to see ‘Reward Points Available’ (which are points you can use right away for a purchase), and ‘Reward Points Pending’ (which are points earned for a dollar purchase that has not yet met the terms of our 45 day return policy).
You cannot use ‘Reward Points Pending’. They are shown so you can monitor your account. If you return a pair of shoes purchased with dollars within the 45 day window, then the corresponding points will be removed from ‘Reward Points Pending’. We do not accept returns after 45 days except for reason of manufacturing defect. If a shoe is returned for defect, you will keep the points for that purchase, but you will not receive points for the replacement pair.
When you purchase a pair of shoes with your Reward Points, those points will be removed from your closet at the time of shipping. If you return the shoes purchased with Reward Points within the 45 day return window then those points will be put back into your ‘Reward Points Available’ account.
You do not receive Reward Points for exchanged or replacement shoes, whether they are purchased with dollars or Reward Points.
Reward Points have no cash value, and can only be redeemed for products on the Munro website.
Reward Points are non transferrable and cannot be used with any other discount or promotion.
Reward Points will expire and a customers 'Closet' (i.e. account) will be closed if they have not made a purchase in more than 5 years.
