50+ years of experience understanding narrow feet.
Tired of stuffing your shoes with foam cushions and heel pads, or shuffling your feet and curling your toes to keep from stepping out of them? Munro has the answer with styles that are made in Narrow (AA) and Super Slim (AAAA) widths.
I just bought this shoe at Nordstroms (sorry Munro site) in a beautiful bronze color. It is so comfortable and still very dressy. I have a wide foot and this fits beautifully! I may have to come back for a pair in black.
I have purchased Munro shoes using this last before and had found them too narrow--I generally wear a SS. I ordered this in an N width and the are just right. I had feared that the heel would be too narrow, but that has not proven to be the case. I wish this shoe was available in more colors.
I purchased these in black/black patent. They are just perfect for an everyday shoe with dress pants. I'm pretty sure I wore these almost everyday during the fall and early spring semester (I'm a teacher). Would definitely purchase them again.
The single most important thing to know about most Munro styles: they feel great immediately.
Just received these and they are so comfortable. Great with jeans or casual pants and they have style.
I have many pairs of Munros and I love them, but these are the best fitting of all the Munros I have.
I'm ordering the brown ones now.
I have many pairs of Munroe shoes all in the same size. With this shoe I could not find a right size. My normal size looked very strange on with the sole in the toe cut out stick out an inch beyond my toes. I then tried a half size smaller but then the shoe was too small.
Despite the fact that I sent this shoe in Wine back (I did buy it in Black, however), I must say that it is a lovely, comfortable, versatile, and smart-looking shoe. I ordered the Wine and really hoped, prior to its arrival, that it would indeed be Wine. Alas, it was a bit more on the brown side than I expected or wished for and not quite as wine as what my computer screen displayed. I bought the shoe specifically for a part-time retail gig I have where I am on my feet literally 6 to 8 hours per shift. I knew it would be comfortable having owned three pairs of Munro's to date--that steel shank really gives support. Since we wear all/mostly black at the retail store and have red name tags, the wine color shoe was intended to add a splash of color to the otherwise boring black backdrop of our required work attire. As mentioned, I did wind up ordering the black--got it from from Nordstrom's website, whom Munro seems to partner with quite a little bit.
I wear 11 AAAA so am grateful for Monro even if the shoe is only a N. Love the booties but am disappointed in the brown color. Expected the lower part to be more cognac as the ad stated. It certainly would have been better looking with a lighter bottom.
I wore these boots right after I got them. They look great with skinny jeans and under pants as well as with a skirt. The style is simple and clean which I like. The are comfortable like all Munro shoes are. I am really glad I bought them.
At last, after all these years, I found an American company that makes shoes for my narrow feet. I cannot remember the many times I have gone into a shoe store to try on the latest, cute shoes and they are always too wide. I have bought many shoes in the past that are ill-fitting and have had to accommodate them with inserts, etc. No more sore feet and calluses, these shoes fit beautifully and couldn't be happier. I will definitely keep ordering my shoes only from Munro and will recommend it to other women with narrow or wide feet. Thank you so much also for the fast shipping.
Finally, I found a cute sandal for my 10AAAA foot! My arches are high and this has the perfect foot bed for comfort. Patent Bronze is a bit darker than I expected, but it still goes with any item in my closet.
Note: I ordered 10SS, but returned for 10N. They do run really narrow even for my 4A foot.
This is my second pair of this style. Just changed the color. It was so comfortable and for me it fit...and I am one of those people who cannot walk in a department store and find shoes to fit me. Wearing a size 8SS means looking for a needle in a haystack......so happy to find this on-line source.
I found them hard to get on the first day or so, till the elastic stretched...and I still can't slip into them, but t really like how they look. I had been disappointed when my Nordstom ran out of my size. Colors are wonderful!
I love these! In every way: how they feel (comfort galore), how many hours I can wear them (lots), how they fit (great, no pinches - rubs or binds), how they look, how I can wear them with most everything, how they stay on (fit my criteria of anchored yet comfy shoes for air travel), how they can transition from a sporty look to a dressed up look. I know they will wear well for a number of seasons. And I just adore the subtle bits of silver sparkle. Thanks
Trying to find narrow shoes is almost an impossibility here in California. So happy I found Munro shoes. I love "Niki" -- it fits beautifully and I'm able to walk with confidence...not having my shoes flop off my feet while in motion.
Over the past couple of years, I've purchased several Munro shoes but sometimes the style I want is not a part of the inventory at Nordstroms, but now that I've made contact with Munro's website...well, I'm elated.
I purchased these shoes for a trip to Italy this summer. I needed something very comfortable but that did not look like Nike running shoes. The fit, texture and support on these shoes is outstanding. I walked in the heat, over cobblestones, up hills, along uneven paths and my feet never felt tired. The material is very smooth on the inside and the base feels like I am walking on foam. I have a wide foot and narrow heel. The shoe was able to accommodate this configuration.
Love this shoe. Although I would wear a narrow, it works for me because of the straps ~ I can keep it on. I absolutely LOVE that one of their styles has a nice wedge. Short people like to wear shoes that give them height ... and comfort at the same time. The wedge does that! Would love to see more styles with wedges. Nice causal shoe.
