I love the Cindi shoe! Bought my first pair of taupe pumps when I worked in NYC and walked all over Manhattan in them. Recently bought a pair of black Cindi II pumps, and they're still perfect. One question: How can I get replacement rubber heels for the taupe pair? No cobbler I've found has that quality.
[Munro] Thank you for your review. We are very glad that your Cindi II fits your needs. The outsoles are a 'unit' so, there is no way to replace just the heel. It is not recommended that you replace the entire outsole unit, as it could permanently damage the upper. Even so, the outsole supplier no longer makes the outsole for original Cindi.

These have been my go to dress shoes for years while I working. I wore them out. I recently bought a new pair of black, but I seriously need a blue pair for several new dresses. I wear a size 5M. Please bring them back. Even new colors as long as you bring back Navy or Blue. They are the perfect heel height for me at 4’10”.
Thank you so much for your review. We will be bringing out the Cindi II in August/September 2023. From what I am seeing, we are manufacturing a 5.0 M in both Navy and Black. We suggest watching our site during these months. Once we receive the shipment from our factory, they are immediately uploaded.
I have worn my Cindy shoes, but I need another pair because I have worn these almost daily for 3 years. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Please bring them back I need another pair.

I HAD BEEN LOOKING PUMPS IN DIFFERENT COLOR INCLUDING BLACK SO LONG . PLEASE MAKE MORE COPMFORTABLE PUMP. I USED TO 4.5 SHOES BUT I DON’T KNOW WHY YOU STOP MAKING .
