Return Policy

You may return your shoes within 45 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price as long as the shoes are in new and unworn condition, with no visible wear or tear, and in the original shoe box. Some exclusions may apply.

All sales are final for clearance shoes priced at $60. and under. Shoes priced at $60. and under are NOT ELIGIBLE for return, refund or exchange, for any reason. Returned items priced at $60. and under may be reclaimed with a pre-paid shipping label; unclaimed returned items will be donated, or destroyed if signs of wear are detected and the shoes are not in their original condition.

A refund or exchange will not be issued for unauthorized returns or items that do not qualify under the Munro Return Policy. You may reclaim unauthorized returned items with a pre-paid shipping label; unclaimed returned items will be donated, or destroyed if signs of wear are detected and the shoes are not in sellable condition.

Only items shipped within the U.S. are eligible for return. Items carried or forwarded to a location outside of the U.S. is not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

We do not refund shipping costs for any reason.

We do not reimburse for corrugated cartons.

We're sorry, but we do not exchange shoes. If you find that you want a different size, width, color or style than the one you are returning you will be required to enter a replacement order.

We're sorry, but we are not able to accept returns from other retailers. Only shoes purchased through this website can be approved for return.

How To Initiate a Return

If you have a MUNRO CLOSET (used a password to set up an account) and received your shoes within the last 45 days, you get free shipping for your return. To print out your return authorization form (which we need so we can issue proper credit) and your pre-paid UPS label, please Click Here.

If you ordered shoes as a GUEST and received your shoes within the last 45 days, you will have to pay for your return shipping. Exceptions for return shipping charges on GUEST orders will not be made for any return reason. You still need a return authorization with your shoes so you can receive proper credit.
