Shipping Info

All shipments originate from our distribution center in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We ship via UPS to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. 

We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or international addresses; as well as, PO Boxes, APO's, FPO's, or Diplomatic Pouches. We do not provide product support, for any reason, to orders forwarded to an address outside of the U.S. Consigning orders to a freight forwarder (international courier) are wholly at your own risk.

Orders received AFTER 12:30pm CST; along with orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the next business day. This includes all expedited shipping. A valid phone number is required so that we can contact you immediately if there is a question about, or problem with, your order. We do not use your phone number for any marketing purposes.

UPS does not include the ship date when calculating the delivery schedule. Please consider this when planning your purchase. 

If you have a MUNRO CLOSET (account), ground shipping on all orders and returns are FREE! If you open a closet you also get Reward Points toward a free pair of shoes for every full price pair you purchase, so if you haven't signed up, click here.

If you do not want to open a closet, you are welcome to check out as a GUEST. You will pay all shipping charges (including return shipping), which will be calculated at checkout based on the zip code of the ‘ship to’ address. 

Expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select services) will be charged whether you have a MUNRO CLOSET or check out as a GUEST. These charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the zip code of the ‘ship to’ address. 

Munro does not refund shipping charges for any reason.
Munro is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Our facilities are closed and we do not ship Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July (if it falls during the week), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.  

Shipping will be suspended Thursday and Friday, December 27-28, 2018, while our distrubution center conducts inventory. Our offices will be open and receiving calls during those two days. Orders received during the inventory days will ship on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. Thank you for your understanding and support.
